The context
A large telephone-provider onboarding required more than installing network equipment. It involved international onsite coordination, careful planning, and product changes requested by the client.
The work
I coordinated the onsite planning and implementation while partnering with developers to deliver requested capabilities. The work drew on the same skills I still use today: translating between people, systems, and the details that can derail a launch.
The result
The provider was successfully onboarded with the required network environment and client-requested capabilities.
